Why 95% down and not 100%?
Down is naturally sourced, so 100% pure down doesn't exist. 95% is the legal maximum and the recognised gold standard, compared to the industry standard of 80 to 90%. Ours is 95% ethical white duck down at 800 fill power, which is why a Puff feels weightless but sleeps warm.
Should I choose Light or Warm?
Light suits warm sleepers and the summer months. Warm has more down fill for extra insulation, ideal for cool sleepers and winter. Both use 800 fill power duck down and the same OEKO-TEX certified cotton sateen shell. Many of our Dreamers own both and swap them as the seasons change.
I overheat under my current doona. Will down help?
Yes. Down is naturally temperature-regulating, so it breathes and wicks moisture away rather than trapping heat like synthetic fills. The Light weight is designed specifically for warm sleepers, keeping you comfortable without overheating.
How do I care for it?
Give it a good shake when it arrives to wake up the down, and air it for 20 minutes when you change your sheets. Spot clean with a clean, warm white cloth using gentle dabbing. For storage, use the complimentary Puffle it arrives in. Never use plastic, as down needs air circulation.
What if it's not right for me?
All Puff orders include free shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post, typically dispatched within 2 business days. Doonas can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, so you get a true 14 nights to sleep on it. Anything with a manufacturing fault is replaced or refunded regardless of timeframe.
