Doonas can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Outside of the 14 days we can offer an exchange or store credit. Items must be received back in original packaging. If your doona has a manufacturing fault such as stitching issues or uneven filling, we'll replace or refund it regardless of timeframe. Contact us hi@pufflife.com.au and we'll sort it all out.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available for an additional $15. You'll receive tracking notifications once your order is on its way.

Puff uses 95% duck down (the legal maximum) compared to the industry standard of 80–90%. Our cotton sateen shell is OEKO-TEX certified, our down is RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified ethical, and our Puff Baffle System prevents cold spots by keeping the down evenly distributed.
