All Puff doonas are sent via Australia Post and you will receive tracking notification as soon as the order has been processed.

Returns
We're all about cosy nights and happy customers. While we hope your Puff doona is the fluffy companion of your dreams, we know things don't always go as planned. That's why we've created a genuine, fuss-free 14-night sleep trial because your comfort (and trust) matters to us.
Our 14-Night Sleep Trial
Try it, sleep on it, live with it, that's what it's there for. Here's the deal:
Full Refund or Exchange: You've got 14 nights from the day your Puff doona arrives to try it and request a return or exchange.
Conditions: The doona must be returned free from stains, marks, or damage beyond normal sleep use, just a clean and cared for Puff, just as you'd expect to receive it.
Partial Refund: Doonas returned with stains, marks, or damage will be eligible for a 50% refund only. We'll always contact you before processing.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you, but we'll handle the rest.
After 14 Nights
Once the trial period has passed, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. For manufacturing faults, we'll always do right by you, so reach out to hi@pufflife.com.au as soon as you notice anything and we'll sort it together.
Faulty Doonas:
If there's a manufacturing fault (think: rogue stitching or unbalanced fluffing), we'll replace or refund it in full and cover return shipping too
How to Make a Return
Returning your Puff is super fuss free:
- Reach Out: Email us at hi@pufflife.com.au with your proof of purchase and let us know where we may have fallen short.
- Pack It Up: Wrap the doona up as well as you can for safe return shipping.
- Ship It Back: You'll cover return shipping costs (unless it's deemed faulty). Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
What You Need to Know:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt/email confirmation is required for all returns.
- Condition of Return: Doonas must be free from stains, marks, or damage. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will receive a 50% refund but, rest assured, we'll always let you know before processing.
- Final Sale Items: These are non-refundable/non-returnable unless faulty.
- Shipping Costs: Customers cover all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 nights of delivery.
