Returns
We’re all about cosy nights and happy customers. While we hope your Puff doona is the fluffy companion of your dreams, we know things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a fair, friendly, and fuss-free returns process because your comfort (and trust) matters to us.
Our 14-Night Sleep Trial
We want you to love your Puff doona, so we’re giving you 14 nights from the date of delivery to try it out. If it’s not quite right, here’s the deal:

Full Refund: You have 14 nights from the date your Puff doona is delivered to request a refund for any reason — even if you’ve been sleeping under it.

Conditions: The doona must be returned in a clean, hygienic condition and repacked in its original packaging where possible. We understand you’ve been trialling it, so normal use during the trial period is perfectly fine.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the doona, we’ll process your refund.
After the 14-Night Trial
After the 14-night trial period, we are unable to offer change-of-mind refunds. Due to health and hygiene regulations, bedding that has been opened and used cannot be resold. However, we stand behind the quality of our products:

Faulty Doonas: If your doona has a manufacturing fault (such as defective stitching, uneven fill, or material defects), we will offer an exchange for the same or equivalent product.

To request a fault-related exchange, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for their intended purpose.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
Returning or exchanging your Puff is super fuss-free:

Reach Out: Email us at hi@pufflife.com.au with your proof of purchase and let us know the reason for your return or exchange.

Pack It Up: For trial returns, ensure the doona is clean and repacked in its original packaging where possible. For fault claims, include photos of the issue.

Ship It Back: You cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
