Domestic (Australia) Shipping:
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all Puff doonas!
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on location and typically range from 3-7 business days.
- All Puff doonas are sent via Australia Post and you will receive tracking notification as soon the order has been processed.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally, but hey, stay tuned this could change..

We’re all about cozy nights and happy customers. While we hope your Puff doona is the fluffy companion of your dreams, we know things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a fair, friendly, and fuss-free returns process—because your comfort (and trust) matters to us.
Our No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy:
Had a change of heart? No problem. Here’s the deal:
- Full Refund: You’ve got 7 days from the day your Puff doona arrives to request a refund.
- Conditions: The doona must be unopened and in its original packaging—pristine Puff only, please.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you, but we’ll handle the rest.
After the 7 days, our standard returns policy applies and It’s just as fair, we promise:
Our Standard Returns Policy:
Australia’s health and hygiene laws are clear: once bedding has been opened, it can’t be resold. We’re big fans of clean and fresh, so, here’s how Puff works:
- Unopened Doonas (Within 14 Days): If your doona is unused and still in its original packaging, you can return it for an exchange or store credit.
- Faulty Doonas: If there’s a manufacturing fault (think: rogue stitching or unbalanced fluffing), we’ll replace, or refund it.
If the packaging has been opened, or we're past the 14 days, it’s yours to keep—unless there’s a fault, in which case, we’ll do what it takes to make it right.
How to Make a Return:
Returning your Puff is super fuss free:
- Reach Out: Email us at hi@pufflife.com.au with your proof of purchase and tell us where we may have fallen short.
- Pack It Up: Make sure the doona is in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back: You’ll cover return shipping cost (unless its deemed faulty). Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
What You Need to Know:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, email confirmation, or bank statement is required for all returns.
- Final Sale Items: These are non-refundable/non-returnable unless faulty.
- Shipping Costs: Customers cover all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
